3rd ACT is a pre-acceleration support and financing program run by Moroccan venture studio SB3S in partnership with TAMWILCOM, offering Moroccan startups (< 5 years old, in sectors including AgriTech) tailored expert support, mentoring, and an interest-free loan of up to 750,000 MAD plus preparation for a first VC funding round. The program is relevant to African agriculture only insofar as AgriTech is one of several eligible sectors — it is not agriculture-exclusive.
