AgDevCo Ventures is a new early-stage investment vehicle within AgDevCo offering mezzanine loans of US$1m–US$3m (with tenors up to 10 years, low interest, and no dilution of voting rights) to established agri-SMEs in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. Eligible businesses need at least three years of operating history, annual revenues typically above US$1m, and a scalable, impactful model; there is no deadline and applications are made by contacting investment@agdevco.com.
