The UCSATP Bid Notices page is the official procurement portal of Uganda's Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries for the World Bank–financed Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project, a six-year initiative to raise productivity, market access and climate resilience across 69 Ugandan districts. It publishes a rolling stream of tenders and EOIs — covering tractors and equipment, road rehabilitation, and value-chain services — each with its own deadline, bid security and eligibility requirements under World Bank procurement rules.
Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis against the criteria below. SAIGE captures your intent to apply — linking this opportunity to your business profile — before handing you off to Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF)’s official application. This keeps your activity in one place and helps us surface better matches over time.
