The Young Innovators Challenge (YIC) Round 4 — formerly the Young Environmentalist Innovation Challenge (YEIC) — is a 2026 grant programme by KCDF and I&M Foundation awarding 16 Kenyan youth-led innovators (10 organisations up to KES 5M; 6 individuals aged 15–35 up to KES 1.5M) to scale tested sustainability solutions under the theme "Co-Designing for a Cool Planet." Applications close 31st August 2026 via KCDF's website, with awards to be announced by January 2027.
